The hotel is located in the beautiful Ruffino building and offers a cozy boutique experience with stunning room decor.

Rooms

The rooms were beautifully decorated and felt like a bed and breakfast experience. However, the number of stairs to reach the top floor can be overwhelming.

The service was wonderfully friendly and professional, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay.

The hotel's location is perfect, situated in a quiet area yet close to all the action in New Orleans. Being in the center of everything made my stay convenient and enjoyable.

If you're looking for a charming stay in the heart of the action, this hotel is a great choice. The rooms, especially the attic room with character, are lovely and equipped with modern amenities. The service is top-notch with friendly and knowledgeable staff, although navigating to the room can be a bit of a workout with all the stairs. The location couldn't be better, just a stone's throw away from Bourbon Street but quiet enough for a restful sleep. Dining options are minimal but sufficient for a quick bite. The pricing may lean towards the expensive side, but it's worth it for the setting.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. While the location was perfect for exploring Bourbon Street and Frenchman, the room had some issues like a dirty rug and a leaky toilet. The staff was excellent, always willing to assist and suggest ways to improve our stay, but the dining options were limited and not very impressive.

Rooms
5.0
My room, though small, had a quirky charm to it despite being rundown. The commercial rug was dirty and stuck out, and there were maintenance issues like an electrical short in the lamp and a leaky, unattached toilet.
Service

The staff members were more than accommodating and pleasant throughout our stay, consistently offering helpful suggestions and assistance.
Location

The hotel's location was ideal, situated perfectly between Bourbon and Frenchman, making it easy to enjoy the nightlife and walk to popular spots within the Big Easy.
Dining

The dining options were a bit lacking, with limited selections that didn't offer much variety. It would have been nice to see more gluten-free choices available.

The hotel had tiny, noisy rooms with a late check-in, but the service was super helpful and friendly. The location was fabulous near Bourbon street, although the stay was uncomfortable. The dining options were limited, and the price was not adequately reflected in the quality.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fabulous, just one block from Bourbon Street, making it easy to access the French Quarter, but the room was a bit disappointing with a sewage smell and tiny size. The service, however, was top-notch with Eric being particularly great. The dining options were extremely basic, though, with cold muffins and cereal being the main offerings.

Rooms

The hotel is in a prime location, close to all the action yet nestled in a quiet part of the French Quarter. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure a wonderful stay. However, the room had some issues like mold and peeling paint, and the dining options left something to be desired with minimal choices for breakfast.

Rooms
6.0
Our room and the hallway leading to it had some mold, and there were a few cracks in the bathroom. Despite these drawbacks, the room was decent overall.
Service
7.0
The staff bent over backwards to make sure we were happy, but they seemed unable to solve an issue that could have been easily rectified. Nonetheless, they were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Location
9.0
The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the nightlife on Bourbon Street. We also appreciated the upgrade to a room with a shared balcony and larger lounge area, though the lack of artwork on the walls made it feel a bit bare.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were minimal, more like a simple bed and breakfast setup. The breakfast lacked variety, with cold muffins and cereal being the main offerings.
Facilities
The facilities were adequate, but nothing exceptional. The hotel could benefit from enhancing its dining options and room maintenance.

The hotel is in the heart of the French Quarter, allowing easy access to all the attractions while maintaining a peaceful setting. The rooms were spacious but in poor condition and lacking windows. The service was friendly overall, although there were some issues with early check-in. The dining could use improvement with more diverse options. The location is excellent, though be mindful of tourism taxes. Overall, a decent value for money stay.
